The GRT Connect - Exclusive Privileges is a unique rewards programme of GRT Hotels & Resorts that offers you luxurious stays and great dining experiences, and a whole world of rewards for all for your spends!

As a member, you can earn valuable GRT Points on all your spends at GRT Grand Chennai, Radisson GRT Chennai, GRT Temple Bay Mamallapuram, GRT Regency Madurai, GRT Regency Kanchipuram. You can redeem these points for Holiday packages, Luxury services, or whenever you next use our F&B/Banquet services at any of our five properties.

How do I become a member?
Just fill in the membership enrolment form and submit. You could also take a print out of the form, and drop off your completed form at any of our five properties, where you will find designated drop boxes at the reception. We will mail you your membership kit, including your personalised GRT Connect card within 2 weeks of receiving your form.

How do I earn points?
You can earn points when you spend on F&B, Room Stays, Banquet & Service facilities at any of our five properties. Special Bonuses* are also awarded to help you enjoy your rewards better.

• Variety Bonus - For use of facilities across more than one of our properties. For example, if you dine at Copper Point, GRT Grand and spend a holiday weekend at Temple Bay, you qualify for the variety bonus.

• Status Bonus - By qualifying for a Gold membership, and by maintaining your Gold status we would like to reward you with a Status Bonus.

* Does not include Health & Beauty, Pastry Shop, Florist and Travel.
